CORPORATE GIFT GIVING

The appropriate corporate gift for any occasion is available at de novo beauty spa. Please keep in mind that we can accommodate 10-12 people in the same time. Gifts are available in a range of prices that are the perfect performance award. Gift Certificates are considered a Contract, good from time printed to "Valid through" date. Gift Certificates are NOT REDEEMABLE for cash, only products or services. Can be transferred to someone else's use.

  SERIES OF TREATMENTS (How to get it FREE?)

Series were created following the requests from our loyal clients. Consistency and frequency of our treatments will yield greater results of stress relief and beauty. Series are sold as packages. Get seventh treatment FREE, when you buy 6 (six) of the same treatment. Get 12 (twelve) services for a price of 10 (ten). Please note that treatments are not interchangeable.

  SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

In order to ensure that you receive the time a day you desire, we recommend you to schedule you next visit before leaving the de novo spa. However, if you could always call us to do so as well.

  UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT?

We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice.

  GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in any of our services, promotions or gift certificate pricing. It is not required, but greatly appreciated by our staff members.

  CONFIRMATION CALL

We will give you a reminding call before your appointment.

  DEPOSITS

Deposits for group services may be required and can be placed on your credit card.

  CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made less than 24hours prior to spa treatments will be charge 50% of service price. No show will be charge full value of service.

If you book appointments for more than one person,you will be responsible for the charges for all appointments you booked should the group fail to show and to cancel with 24 hours notice. Charges will be applied against your credit card.

  PAYMENT

We gladly accept visa, master card or atm debit card. We do not accept checks. Gratuities are not included in the service price and may be paid in cash (may not be added to the credit card) only. Prices and menu are subject to change without notice.
